Where are your products made?
We buy from suppliers across China — marketplaces such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD and Pinduoduo, and factories where we can reach them. TroveHall is a purchasing agent, not the manufacturer: we buy on your behalf. Our warehouse is in Guangdong, where every parcel is inspected before it ships.
How does TroveHall work?
We list products from Chinese suppliers at their source prices, buy them on your behalf once you order, quality-check each parcel, and ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 5-7 business days. International shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on your destination.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through our secure checkout powered by PayPal.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Quality issues: free return within 30 days of delivery. Non-quality issues: you may also return within 30 days of delivery — the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping to our warehouse in China.
Can I order custom products?
Yes. Contact us for custom sizes, colors, or designs. Minimum order quantities may apply for custom manufacturing.
What if my package gets lost?
All orders include shipping insurance. Lost packages are replaced or refunded in full.
