1. About TroveHall
TroveHall operates a purchasing agent (“daigou”) service. We buy products from suppliers in China — including online marketplaces and factories — on your behalf, inspect them, and arrange international shipping to the address you provide.
TroveHall is not the manufacturer, brand owner, or authorised distributor of the products we purchase. We act as your purchasing agent. Product descriptions, images, and specifications come from the original sellers; we pass them on in good faith and check items before shipping.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you are asking us to buy goods on your behalf. An order is accepted once we confirm it and receive the first payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or the supplier’s price has changed, we will contact you before buying. You may then accept the change or receive a full refund.
4. Prices and fees
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your total consists of:
- Product price — the price of the goods from the supplier.
- Service fee — our fee for buying, consolidating, and quality-checking your order: 10% of the product subtotal on orders over $20, or a flat $2 on orders of $20 or less.
- International shipping — quoted and charged separately as a second payment, once your items reach our warehouse and their packed weight and dimensions are known.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.
5. Payment
We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is taken in two stages: the first covers the product price and service fee; the second covers international shipping. We do not receive or store your card or bank details — payments are handled by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms.
6. Buying and quality check
Once your first payment is confirmed we buy your items. When they arrive at our warehouse we check them for accuracy and obvious defects. If an item fails our check, we will contact you and either source a replacement or refund that item.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from Guangdong, China. Typical delivery estimates, counted from dispatch, are 7–14 days for North America, 10–18 days for Europe, and 5–10 days for Asia Pacific. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen in international transit or at customs, which we do not control. Tracking is provided on every shipment.
8. Returns and refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The full terms — including what is refundable, what is not, and how long a refund takes to reach you — are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TroveHall to buy illegal items, items that cannot lawfully be imported into your country, or items that infringe someone else’s rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that would require us to break the law, and will refund you in full.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or customs authorities.
11. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners. We show them only to identify the goods you have asked us to buy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of the place where TroveHall operates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
